If this is your first time ordering a whole or half lamb this is what you can expect:

Perfect for the braai and to show off with your friends, it should be braaied over medium coals for 30-40mins, let it rest for 10mins and cut it on our teak wooden boards.

Whole Leg Of Lamb

Perfect for a Sunday roast - slow roast over night or for 3-4 hours in the oven with garlic and rosemary.

Lamb leg chops

The perfect chop for the braai or the oven. Braai it medium for the best taste.
